The coffee roaster first receives coffee samples for test roasting. The coffee is then roasted, tested for colour compliance and cupped to ensure quality and taste are right. A sample is kept for future reference. When the green coffee is received the original sample is compared with the delivered coffee to make sure the correct coffee type and quality was shipped.
