The perfect Espresso

The perfect Espresso is served in a 30 ml Espresso cup. The “crema”, the foam on top of the coffee, is most important as this protects the aroma. The Espresso should have a nice, brown colour, darkness depending on the blend. After stirring the coffee, the “crema” should close again and remain intact for 2 to 4 minutes.
