Let there be light.

We just spotted this grand lamp which has a lot of possibilities of use to offer. And of course it makes sure that everyday poetry finds a way into our living rooms (or kitchens). The design is from “gangdesign”, Poland and is called ‘Maria S.C.’. As we don’t speak Polish and didn’t understand a lot from the website we researched and found this text about the lamp on the web (for example on boingboing.net): The chandelier is made ​​of tubes. It consists of two modules of different sizes, which can be put together or separately. Shape refers to the traditional forms of Art Deco, and the name is an allusion to Maria Sklodowska Curie. “Maria” gives a wide field for the visual experiment. Version of the reel allows free lowering “Maria” to change the arrangement.”
