Both, designers and chefs, will fall in love with the Pantone-inspired desserts made by Emilie Guelpa, French art director. The little works of art were designed for the food magazine “Fricote”. Before the tart gets this colourful it is covered by white icing. Then the pantone color is created from various fruits, candies, vegetables, and other foods of lively colours. The artist about her project: “I am passionate about food! I find the forms, materials or colors on food are a source of inspiration. It’s fascinating to combine the tastes, and textures that can go from solid to liquid in seconds!”
