In times of iPad and the like inspiration is no longer confined to offline occasions. No, you can also find it online or in an app as it is the case with the Red Bull Illume iPad App which illuminates the best 250 action and adventure sports images submitted to the Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2010.
22,764 photos by more than 4.700 photographers were submitted to the renowned contest and assessed by expert photo editors. The Top Fifty are currently touring the world in unique outdoor exhibits.
This iPad App gives us 250 reasons to celebrate the world of action and adventure sports, the photographers and the athletes who inspire them. We like: that you don’t just see the photos but also the story behind the picture!
