Fake holidays.

A posting from Poetry Café

A lack of time & money combined with an addiction to pleasure is driving companies to implement more and more bizzare ‘fun-worlds’ where one can spend his free time. Sometimes the worlds are creative and nice but sometimes they are just crazy. Photographer Reiner Riedler catched some of the stranger ones in his series ‘Fake Holidays’. We chose some of his pictures to put a smile on your face (or a thought in your head):

Superman over Red Square, Turkey 2006

Horizon #01, Tropical Islands, Germany 2007

Minsk World, Shenzhen, China 2008

The skier, Bottrop, Germany 2004
